If you bought your product from a Dealer in the U.S. but you reside in another country, please know that we will happily service your product but you will be responsible for shipping charges to and from our U.S.-based service facility. Requesting Service
Kaiser Fototechnik products purchased in the USA requiring service may be sent through your local authorized dealer or directly to the Kaiser Fototechnik Service Department. International Shipping is not covered under warranty service. Products must be carefully packed and insured, and sent together with a description of problem and details on the best method to contact you. If requesting Warranty Service then proof of purchase (copy of dated bill of sale) must be included. After we receive and evaluate your product we will contact you to discuss the service options.

Repaired equipment is subject to a 90-day limited warranty, covering only re-repair if necessary and not consequential damages.
All Kaiser Fototechnik products are covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include regular wear and tear or replacement parts, such as lamps in lighting fixtures, etc. There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall MAC Group be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
